Lumily Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Lumily. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lumily platform, including:
- the Lumily website (lumily.so)
- Lumily creator tools
- Lumily Telegram bots
- AI-powered course creation features
- payment and subscription functionality
By accessing or using Lumily, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service. Lumily is currently operated as an independent software project.
2. Description of the Service
Lumily is a software platform that allows creators to: generate course structures using AI, create and manage online courses, deliver lessons via messaging platforms such as Telegram, manage subscribers and course participants.
Lumily provides infrastructure and tools for creators but does not directly provide educational content.
3. User Accounts
Users may access Lumily through integrations such as Telegram authentication. By using Lumily you agree that:
- the information provided through Telegram or other services is accurate
- you are responsible for activities performed under your account
- you will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
4. Creator Responsibilities
Creators using Lumily are responsible for: the content they publish, ensuring their content complies with applicable laws, ensuring they have rights to distribute their materials.
Lumily does not review or guarantee the legality or accuracy of creator-generated content. Creators are solely responsible for the materials they distribute to learners.
5. AI Generated Content
Lumily uses artificial intelligence services to generate course materials. AI-generated content: may contain inaccuracies, should be reviewed by creators before publishing, is provided as a productivity tool.
Lumily does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Lumily may charge subscription fees for access to creator tools. Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you agree that:
- billing will occur according to the selected plan
- subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled
- prices may change in the future with reasonable notice
Creators may also receive payments through Stripe Express connected accounts. Lumily is not responsible for delays, disputes, or payment processing errors caused by payment providers.
7. Platform Availability
Lumily is an evolving software platform. We do not guarantee that: the service will always be available, features will remain unchanged, the platform will operate without interruptions. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lumily to: distribute illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, engage in fraud or abuse, attempt to disrupt the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lumily is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumily shall not be liable for: loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, errors in AI-generated materials, actions taken by creators using the platform. Use of the service is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Lumily if: these Terms are violated, the service is abused, continued access creates legal or security risks. Users may stop using Lumily at any time.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Lumily after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial laws. Specific jurisdiction may be defined once Lumily is formally incorporated.
